Every session is different and it all depends on pricing and amount of time to shoot. On average, engagement and portfolio sessions usually total 150-250 hand-edited images, and weddings, 500-1000.
For weddings, I usually say 4-6 weeks for the full gallery with 50 sneak previews provided the day after the wedding if you purchase a certain package. However, most of the time it is faster than that. For all other sessions, the turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.
I deliver all sessions and weddings via Pixieset, which is a private, password protected, online gallery where you can download all of your hand-edited and hi-res images!
Of course! I actually encourage clients to ask photographers to see their full galleries. That way you can see everything that is captured and you can have a more thorough idea of what we can provide. It's really important you see everything we have to offer, instead of just the few selected images we decide to share and post.
I get this question ALL the time. OF COURSE we can make you look incredible! Most people aren't used to being in front of a camera at all, so I know how daunting the idea can be. Pretty much every single person or couple you see on my website or social media, unless they're a professional model or influencer professionally, said the same thing to me at the beginning of the shoot. I don't want the standard "posed" shots, anyway, and I have a feeling neither do you! I want to capture those sweet and natural in-between moments. I will give you cues throughout the shoot that will make you feel comfortable and help you get into a rythm (ex. "touch nose to nose and smile" if it's a couples shoot.) This helps you feel relaxed and sometimes you just start laughing, which makes the moment captured even more special! After a while, you won't even notice the camera is there!
DEFINITELY! I absolutely LOVE traveling and the rates are reasonable. I don't charge anything extra besides my standard photo rate and then whatever the travel expenses are! (This doesn't include Tampa. Anything in Tampa is no additional travel expense.)
For weddings, no! Just a list of family members and family combinations, as well as a timeline for the day and we're good to go.
If it's a brand or product session, then I just need a list of which products we will be shooting to make sure we get everything taken care of.
YES! I love creating a natural and soft retouch. I don't alter the way you look, other than skin blemishes and discoloration. However, I definitely understand being self-conscious. So, if there is anything you want to make sure is fixed, just pull me aside and let me know and I can retouch that for you. After a designated 5 photos per gallery, I do have a retouching fee of $35 a photo, however.
1,000%. I want our session to be treated as if you're just going out with a friend. I can help pick out outfits for engagement sessions or help conceptualize the entire shoot for branding sessinos. I'm here to make your life easier! I definitely want to be involved in scheduling the wedding day. If you have a planner, I always work closely with them to make sure everything runs smooth and we have enough time for everything that needs to be shot. If you don't have a planner, that is totally fine too. I can help you scheudle everything so you're not stressed in the least on the big day!
